Adam Beavis
Managing Director
With over 20 years of experience in information and technology services, Adam is the Managing Director of Stax and leads business growth through innovation. Spearheading the international expansion of Stax, Adam is passionate about building a diverse and inclusive company, ensuring that the Stax culture makes it an inspiring place to work.
Deeply passionate about the role technology plays in helping customers and partners to innovate and transform Adam has a wealth of local and regional experience, having spent eight years at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in a variety of commercially focused roles, including Managing Director of ISV and Digital Native Businesses, Asia Pacific & Japan, Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand, and Director of Enterprise.
Prior to AWS, Adam also held consultancy and leadership roles at Red Hat, Thomas Dureyea Consulting, CommVault, and VMware.

Davinia Simon
Head of Growth
As the Head of Growth at Stax, Davinia is focused on empowering partners and customers to innovate while expanding the Stax offering into new markets. Prior to joining Stax, Davinia held roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), most recently as the Head of Channel and Alliances, and at Adobe.
Davinia is passionate about the power of cloud technology, paving the way for accelerated innovation, helping businesses remain relevant and competitive by lowering costs, and providing the solutions to create and bring services to market quickly. Using research, creativity, and collaboration to re-frame customer focused problems, she loves seeing the impact that great experiences can have on individuals, businesses, and society.

Ken Thompson
Head of Product
As Head of Product at Stax, Ken is responsible for leading the development and delivery of our cloud management platform. Prior to joining Stax, Ken held product and technical leadership roles at Microsoft, where he worked on the launch of Azure DevOps, Microsoft's acquisition of GitHub, as well as Azure's support for open-source tooling, such as Terraform.
Most recently, Ken was the Head of Architecture for SaaS partners, where he and his team helped Australian & New Zealand SaaS companies build innovative, fast, scalable, reliable & secure Software-as-a-Service products.
Ken is passionate about the application of design thinking, paired with technology solutions, to help businesses overcome their challenges and unlock new revenue streams.

James Coxon
Co-Founder
James Coxon is the Co-Founder of Stax. James’ philosophy is to constantly challenge the IT industry to bring greater discipline, automation, craftsmanship and delivery excellence to enterprise technology.
Before co-founding Stax, he held technical leadership roles at National Australia Bank (NAB) and AXA.
James has over 20 years’ technology leadership experience, largely focusing on business engagements, digital solutions, and agile transformation. He is a cultural change leader, an agile advocate and an expert in continuous improvement and delivery.
As a trusted voice of innovation and digital transformation at Stax, James is an advocate for the role technological innovation can play in transforming businesses.

Annie Crane
Head of People and Culture
Annie is the Head of People and Culture for Stax working to create exceptional people experiences, driven by a culture that attracts, develops and retains the best talent and building a diverse and inclusive environment that celebrates and rewards success and innovation.
Annie prides herself on her ability to create simplification whilst driving growth and fostering a culture to make Stax the best place to work. Having partnered with leaders across some of Australia's largest brands including Coles, Transurban and Super Retail Group, Annie has delivered strategic initiatives to support growth, harness talent and deliver moments that matter for employees.
