When you're first granted access to Stax, you'll be provided with a login URL and customer alias. The URL can vary from organization to organization, so make sure you're using the URL that was provided to you when you were granted access to a Stax tenancy. If you're not sure what your login URL is, contact your Stax administrator, or the Stax team directly if you're the Stax administrator.

Logging into the Stax Console

  1. Navigate to your login URL. It will look something like this: https://console.au1.staxapp.cloud/login.

  2. Enter your customer alias into the Customer Alias field, then click Continue

  3. Depending on your organization's configuration, you'll see either just the username and password boxes, or you may see a Corporate ID button as well. The Corporate ID button allows you to log in with the same credentials you use to log into your other work systems. If you're not sure which option to pick, you should try Corporate ID first. Check out the instructions below for logging in with your Corporate ID, or without

Logging in with your Corporate ID

If you click on the Corporate ID button, you'll be taken to your corporate identity provider to log in. Once you've authenticated with your corporate identity provider, you'll be returned to the Stax console and logged in.

If this is your first time logging into the Stax console using your corporate identity, you may need to log out and back in just once to gain full access to the platform.

Logging in without a corporate ID

Enter your details into the username or email and Password boxes then choose Log In. Depending on your tenancy/account configuration, you may be prompted to enter a One-time code. After you complete these steps you will be redirected to the Stax console.
