Stax is more useful the more people you have using it! We believe knowledge is power, so getting your colleagues across your AWS cost and compliance can only be a good thing!

Before you start

This article is for clients who are only using Stax Cost & Compliance, a.k.a., Spotlight.

If you're using the full Stax Platform product, see Create a user and Manage users articles.

In order to add or manage users in Stax Cost & Compliance, you'll need to be an admin.

If you're using SSO, you can manage users and access levels by updating group membership.

Get Started

  1. Visit the User Admin page

  2. Click 'Invite'

  3. Type the new user's email into the 'Email' box

  4. Select 'user' or 'admin' depending on the access level you'd like them to have

  5. Click 'Save'

  6. The user will receive an email inviting them to complete their signup

  7. You can change a user's access level or remove their access by clicking on the three dots to the right of their name

  8. You can view pending invitations by visiting the 'invitations' page
