This guidance assumes you're subscribed to only the Stax Cost & Compliance module. If you're a Stax Platform customer, review this article instead.
Before You Begin
- In order to add or manage users in Stax Cost & Compliance, you'll need to be an admin
- If you're using SSO, Stax can automatically determine users' roles based on information from your identity provider
Get Started
Visit the User Admin page
Click Invite
Type the new user's email into the Email box
Select user or admin depending on the access level you'd like them to have
Click Save
The user will receive an email inviting them to complete their signup
You can change a user's access level or remove their access by clicking on the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of their name
You can view pending invitations by visiting the invitations page
