Action Expired When Activating Stax User Account
If you do not activate your Stax User Account quickly enough, the invitation will expire.
At Stax, security is always front of mind. One part of this is ensuring that account activation emails are actioned quickly. If you or someone else are invited to Stax and don't activate your account quickly enough (within 12 hours), the invitation will expire.
If your invitation has expired, you'll receive this error message when you try to activate your account:
If you're seeing this message, you'll need to contact a user of your Stax tenancy who is a member of the Admin role to re-invite you.
