The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing team, to be primarily accountable for owning, executing and planning all Stax Partner Marketing activities - Overseeing the execution of all partner activities, including sales leads/pipelines, and partner relationships, ensuring compliance and quality control of partner agreements and status
The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing partner marketing strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing marketing plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. In their essence, the Partner Marketing Manager will focus on achieving joint partner business objectives in the short and long term.
What you'll be doing:Strategize cross-functionally both internally and externally with partners, to establish clear and compelling joint goals and value propositions. Lead end-to-end strategy and management of partner events and campaigns, coordinating across broader sales and marketing teams.Own development of localized partner content (e.g. pitch decks, solution briefs, landing pages, email copy, etc.)Manage marketing relationships with AWS in-region, aligned with the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy.Manage marketing relationships with distribution, reseller, implementation, MSP & Solution Providers.Lead execution of regional partner events, including overall event strategy, management, follow-up, and metrics reporting. Plan and manage marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines.Develop partner presentations and provide product training to partners.Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation.Manage global partner program to achieve revenue goals.Provide support in developing partner marketing strategies and campaigns.Develop partner marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives.Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.
Ideally you bring:
8- 10 years Marketing experienceExtensive channel marketing experience, preferably within the tech space.Outstanding written, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to write content and present confidently to our partners.Proven ability to develop co-marketing strategies with partners and engage, influence and communicate recommendations to executivesExperience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaignsDemonstrated ability to think strategically and analyticallyAttention to detail and strong planning and organisational skillsAbility to effectively communicate and present ideas and strategiesProficiency in managing multiple efforts simultaneouslyExcellent understanding of partner marketingStrong analytical and data driven thinking and skills partnered with a creative mindUp to date with latest trends and marketing best practicesTertiary degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
