An exciting new role has been created in our Stax Sales function for a Growth Sales Director. This role is to focus on new net profitable growth, driving new business, nurturing and building current partners and thought leadership for strategic partnerships that result in long term outcomes in our ever growing products.

We're looking for an enabler, with a proven track record of sales success. This is achieved through the expertise that you'll bring into this role, alongwith strategic customer conversations, partially in matching and shaping business requirements and outcomes through excellent collaboration.

What success looks like in this role?

Specifically, the role is targeted on the delivery of long-term strategic revenue including subscription and annualised recurring revenue through services such as software, PaaS, Professional Services and Managed Services multi-year deals to ensure both growth and continuity of revenue are achieved.

You will work closely with our executive management and sales team to help move company initiatives forward and drive successful new and existing outcomes. This is an exciting time to join Stax!

Key capabilities you'll bring into this role

  • A demonstrable track record of sales in IT industry
  • The successful applicant will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to recognise and act on opportunities to develop new business in a highly competitive environment.
  • Experience in developing, bid, and close new business such software, PaaS, Professional Services, and Managed Services
  • Ability to generate sales qualified appointments and new sales pipeline via direct sales efforts
  • Support and contribute to indirect sales strategy and activities
  • Ensure the commercial integrity of these services to achieve profitable growth and client satisfaction
  • Drive and execute Tenders and RFPs
  • Responsible for commercial negotiations to Stax agreed rates and margins
  • Ensure the depth and breadth of client relationships with a view to longer term engagements
  • Identify and prioritise business opportunities and contribute to the development and implementation of Stax service offerings
  • Establish and nurture relationships with partners and affiliates to grow the Stax business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts, partners, and key internal stakeholders to facilitate the development and generation of all opportunities aligned to the Stax business
  • Contribute to the capture and sharing of knowledge and intellectual property of Stax
  • Generate leads and increase client base by identifying new markets, partnerships, and new ways to reach existing markets
