Stax is continuing to grow, we have a rare opportunity for a Partner Sales Director to join our experienced Growth team. You will play a pivotal role for Stax as we enter the next phase of our growth journey. We are disrupting the Cloud SASS market with a bespoke innovative product within our community.
You will bring excellent B2B skills to continue to deliver value while setting us up for growth in the future. You will also be joining an established cross-functional development team that's agile, fun, and driven to build high quality product.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, managing the overall development and implementation of strategic key technology and service partner relationships. You will also be involved in end-to-end sales marketing plans and initiatives in Stax’s roadmap and continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer outcomes with financial return..

Partner Sales Directors at Stax wear three main hats – Maintaining and building on existing and new partnerships, stakeholder engagement and contributing to overall success of sales. You're essentially the conduit between the client and the engineering team, ensuring we're all working towards the same goal and clearing blockers on both sides.

Your skills and experience include:

  • Relevant tertiary level qualifications in Commerce or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years exp minimum in proven partner management/ sales experience within the IT industry
  • Ability to meet internal/external client needs in day-to-day actions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead executive level meetings
  • Has proven experience in establishing well connected relationships with partners, customers and staff
  • Ability to proficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Strong knowledge of industry and relevant market trends and has a solid network
  • Relates to people of all levels and manages key relationship well
  • High performing track record delivering sales targets
  • Extensive experience in engaging directly with enterprise scale clients and channel partners
  • Experience in designing and executing strategic sales campaigns
  • An excellent track record for negotiation across large complex customer engagements to achieve business outcomes
  • A track record of at least 5 + years in B2B Sales environment
