The Talent Acquisition team is an extension of our brand, promoting it across all mediums from meetups, events, social search and engagement, referrals and our own industry contacts. Our team is supportive and high performing, priding itself on having a great culture and positive work environment.

Reporting to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition, you will deliver the full end to end recruitment process for our Product and Platform team by actively building talent pools and sourcing the very best talent. Being the primary contact to candidates, we want to see you get creative and make sure candidates have an amazing recruitment experience from the minute they first engage with us all the way through to onboarding and inducting new employees.

You will build incomparable relationships with both candidates and our stakeholders and have a strong customer, delivery and efficiency focus.

To be successful in the role:

  • Experience with hiring for product based teams
  • Build collaborative and strong stakeholder relationships to fully understand hiring manager requirements, advise and execute appropriate recruitment strategies. Take the initiative to manage risk and issues.
  • Provide advice on recruitment best practice, market trends, sourcing strategies and facilitating people leader training where required.
  • End to End recruitment which involved sourcing, advertising, selection support, phone interviews, face to face (or Virtual) interviews, offer of employment and onboarding/induction of new employees.
  • Creative sourcing techniques with the use of ATS (Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search and other platforms to acquire the best talent available.
  • Preparing for interview, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, and preparing job adverts.
  • Creating and managing virtual talent pools with the use of recruitment campaigns (job boards and social media) and employee referrals.
  • Display high levels of maturity and good judgement in resolving risk and issues and liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
